The
green waste shredder is the latest in green waste management technology.
It is fully mobile, powered by a Unimog and can process a wide range of
materials:

Waste can
be shredded where it arises or at a collection point, depending. on volume.

Material for
shredding can be mixed with soil for landscaping or compost-enhancing
additives during shredding. Additives include straw, liquid manure, lime
etc.

The Shredder is fitted with a hydraulic loader, which allows loose and bundled materials to be lifted and dropped directly into the hopper. Typically the shredding process will reduce 30 cu.m. of waste infeed to about 5 cu.m. of compostable material in about 30 minutes. |

Processed material is discharged via a conveyor belt to form oxygen permeable heaps up to 1.8m high for immediate use, or discharged to a container or lorry. |
